A group of the international coalition, along with another one of the SDF, arrested a cell of several Daesh elements, including two leaders, in the area between Al-Jiaa and Al-Hissan villages in the western Deir Ezzor countryside, Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent reported.
In the details, our correspondent said that a joint force of the international coalition and the SDF, accompanied by a helicopter, carried out a security campaign in the area between Al-Jiaa and Al-Hissan villages west of Deir Ezzor, arresting two leaders of Daesh: “Ibrahim Matar al-Bajjari” and a security leader named “Taliban”, in addition to more than 10 elements of the organization who were in one of the area’s houses.
During the operation, there was a state of security tightening where the roads were closed and all the area was encircled.
It is worth mentioning that “Taliban” is one of the most dangerous leaders of Daesh in Deir Ezzor countryside, and is accused of carrying out beheading sentences against dozens of Deir Ezzor’s people, at the time when Daesh was controlling the province.
