DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

Theft has spread in the city of Al-Mayadin, east of Deir Ezzor, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.

According to the reporter, the residents of the Mayadin complained about a phenomenon that has recently spread in the city, characterized by armed men riding motorcycles setting up suddent/temporary checkpoints on Al-Sinaa Street and Al-Rashada neighborhood, as well as the road to the villages of Al-Taybeh, Mahkan, and Buqars, and robbing passers-by by force of arms of all their possessions (money, mobile phones, and motorcycles) while ignoring the patrols. Night security in charge of surveillance.

It is noteworthy that the people point the finger of blame at members of the National Defense Militia in the Al-Mayadin sector, as they were caught red handed several times before carrying out these operations, abut they were only imprisoned for days and immediately released.
