The Lebanese Hezbollah militia provided its points in the Corniche area of Al-Mayadeen city, and the areas opposite to the SDF control areas on the Euphrates bank, with night vision goggles and a number of advanced surveillance equipment.
Hezbollah militia sent reinforcements to the said points, and increased the number of guards at the points near al-Mayadeen bridge, Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent said.
Hezbollah militia sent these reinforcements following violent events in several areas of the eastern Euphrates after a number of tribal figures were killed by unknown assailants.
