DeirEzzor24 correspondents monitored the failure of the Immigration and Passports Branch in Deir Ezzor to settle the objections to supporting the smart card, as the requests were transferred to the General Administration in the capital, Damascus, or 100,000 pounds were paid, to pass the request through the brokers in front of the immigration building, in the context of blackmailing citizens and complicating their affairs.

The Assad regime’s institutions had recently decided to lift the subsidy for a segment of the people, which included 600 cards, for those who own a private car or a commercial record.
