Deirezzor24 exclusive report

The areas controlled by SDF in Deir Ezzor are witnessing a wave of displacement and escape of young men towards areas controlled by the Syrian forces, according to what the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network reported.

Our correspondent said that the reason for the escape of the young men is the campaign carried out by SDF on several villages and towns during the current month, which prompted dozens of young men to leave the areas controlled by SDF towards areas controlled by the Syrian government.

The escape of young men in the areas controlled by SDF comes out of fear of arbitrary arrests and campaigns of forced recruitment at SDF checkpoints.

It is noteworthy that SDF recently carried out a campaign of raids that targeted cities and towns east and north of Deir Ezzor in (Dhiban, Al-Shahil, Al-Hawaij, Al-Tayana, the towns of Al-Shaitat, Jadid Akidat, Jadid Bakara) east of Deir Ezzor, and in (Al-Ezba, Muizila, Saad, Abu Al-Nitel and Al-Ruwaished) north of Deir Ezzor.
