DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

The prices of unofficial fuels ( which are produced by primitive oil burners) have witnessed an extreme increase recently in regime-held areas in Deir Ezzor province, according to a reporter of DeirEzzor24.

According to our reporter, the reason behind the increase is the cessation of the smuggling of petroleum derivatives from SDF-held areas due to the ongoing clashes between tribal fighters and the SDF.

He pointed out that a liter of gasoline reached 8,000 Syrian pounds, an increase of more than double the old price, and the price of a liter of diesel reached 7,000 Syrian pounds, an increase of more than double.

The continuous rise in fuel prices has paralyzed the movement of vehicles in the city of Deir Ezzor and its countryside, in addition to causing an increase in the prices of materials after the increase in transportation costs.
