The director of transport buses in Deir Ezzor, “Abdul Hamid Al-Hamish,” announced that all bus trips will operate, starting next Saturday, towards Damascus via the old road (Deir Ezzor-Palmyra-Al-Dumayr-Damascus).
DeirEzzor24 network reporter said that the director of the bus transport stated that the bus heading to Damascus from Deir Ezzor does not have to pass through Homs province.
If the words of the director are applied, the bus trips to and from Deir Ezzor province will shorten a third of the time that travelers used to travel while passing through Homs.
