A large number of local families in SDF-held areas in Deir Ezzor have complained about the poor quality of fuel oil for heating that was distributed to them by the fuel committee, according to a reporter of DeirEzzor24.
He mentioned that the locals compared the distributed fuel, which is delivered by the Self-Rule Administration, to dust; adding that it freezes under lower temperatures.
They also confirmed that quantities of fuel oil that are allocated to them are being smuggled toward Assad-controlled areas and replaced by poor-quality ones.
It should be pointed out that several videos of such a poor quality fuel oil have gone viral on social media, amidst total silence from the Self-Rule Administration.
