The Fourth Division tightened inspection and demarcation procedures and raised commercial fees (royalties) at the Al-Bal’om checkpoint in the city of Al-Mayadeen, according to a reporter of DeirEzzor 2 4 Network.
Our correspondent said that this matter led to the accumulation of a large number of trucks at the checkpoint and their drivers were forced to stay for several days in order to reach their turn and be allowed to enter the city.
The Fourth Division imposes fees and financial royalties on the residents and drivers in Deir Ezzor that are not subject to any regulations or laws.
