The day before yesterday، Daesh published a video through its social media accounts, considered its first .publication after the fall of the Assad regime
The organization threatened the interim government of Damascus in case it applies the laws and charter of the United Nations in peace and war.
Daesh said in its release that if the new administration applies the régulations and laws of the United Nations, then the duty of war and peace will apply to the Damascus government.
The organization focused in its release on what the ruling system in Syria will be like, and at the beginning it asked about the form of rule that the factions in Syria will implement, “If you say Sharia, then you do not know the revolution or do not know Sharia, and if you say a transitional council and a national constitution, then what kind of problems did the revolutionaries have with the Assad family?”
This release by Daesh comes in conjunction with a state of chaos sweeping its ranks in Deir Ezzor, after a number of its leaders fled from Deir Ezzor to Qamishli with large sums of money in their possession.
