A dispute broke out between members of the Fourth Division and members of the National Defense Militia, yesterday, at the checkpoint of the town of Mahkan, east of Deir Ezzor, according to a correspondent for DeirEzzor24 Network.
He said that the reason for the dispute was the attempt of the National Defense Militia to pass a shipment of foreign tobacco (smoke) without paying its fees to the Fourth Division.
He added that a military security patrol intervened to resolve the dispute between the two parties.
The smoke-laden car was transported to the city of Al-Mayadeen until the dispute between the two parties is resolved.
