Iran takes advantage of Shiite pilgrims’ convoys and brings weapons to Deir Ezzor

DeirEzzor24 network correspondent said that the Iranian militias continue to smuggle weapons through the Al-Bukamal border crossings towards Deir Ezzor province, as part of the convoys of so-called pilgrims coming from the State of Iraq.

Our correspondent added that a number of them entered yesterday towards the farms area in the city of Al-Mayadin, east of Deir Ezzor, and the weapons depot near the automatic bakery on Port Said Street in Deir Ezzor.

The previous period, Deir Ezzor witnessed the entry of dozens of buses carrying Shiite pilgrims to participate in religious events of the sect.
