The leadership of the Fourth Division of Assad’s forces issued a new decision regarding the division’s checkpoints on the Deir Ezzor-Damascus road, according to what was reported by the Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
Our reporter said that the decision allows the member who holds a military card to transport 10 cartons of tobacco (cruze smoke) of any type and 50 liters of diesel, starting from the checkpoint and customs at the Panorama at the entrance to the city of Deir Ezzor.
This new decision is considered financially better for military transporters, merchants, and bus drivers of all types for financial profit, which accounts for 50% of the transport of smoke and fuel from Deir Ezzor to other governorates, especially the capital, Damascus.
