Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent said that Daesh organization launched an attack on the Assad’s forces in Deir Ezzor last night.
The correspondent indicated that the attack took place west of Deir Ezzor, where groups of Daesh attacked military posts of the Assad’s forces in Al-Kharitah and Al-Bughayliya villages in the western Deir Ezzor countryside.
Our correspondent added that a violent clash erupted between the two parties, during which medium and light weapons were used, and lasted for about an hour and a half.
It is indicated that Daesh occasionally carries out such operations against the Assad’s forces in Deir Ezzor countryside, in the areas controlled by the Assad regime, the Russian forces and the Iranian militias.
