Deir Ezzor 24 network monitored the 4th Division’s members at the main checkpoint at the Al-Merayiah junction measuring the fuel tanks of trucks and tankers, estimating the travel distance, and unloading an amount of fuel that is not proportional to the distance or receiving its financial value according to the value of a liter of diesel

The 4th Division members at the checkpoint on al-Salhiyah land corridor with the “SDF” inspect the mobile phones, and receive sums of up to 25,000 Syrian pounds, if the mobile phone lacks customs clearance

This comes in response to the people of the areas controlled by the Assad regime obtaining customs clearance for their mobile phones in the SDF-controlled areas. The “SDF”, according to them, receives little wages in return for the customs of the mobile phones, about 20,000 Syrian pounds, while the value of the customs of mobile phones in the Assad regime-controlled areas ranges between 100,000. Up to half a million, depending on the value of the mobile phone.
