A source told Deir Ezzor 24 Network that On Tuesday, September 16, 2020, commanders of the Iraqi Hashd Al-Shaabi militia met their counterparts from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia and Hezbollah in the city of al-Bukamal.
The source emphasized that the aim of the meeting is to plan a military operation in al-Bukamal badiya to eliminate Daesh groups.
Over the recent month, Iranian militias, National Defense militia, Russian forces, and Assad forces started escalated movements to eliminate Daesh groups and havens in the Deir Ezzor badiya.
