The residents of Al-Mayadeen city, east of Deir Ezzor, have been forced to fill water from mobile tanks at high prices, according to a local reporter of DeirEzzor24.
According to him, the price of a tank is 25,000 SYP, hence, many families are forced to fill it due to the interruption of drinking water in most neighborhoods of Al-Mayadeen city.
Drinking water reaches the city only once a week, while the areas containing ice factories and bases of the Revolutionary Guard militia receive water on a daily basis.
