Dozens of Deir Ezzor residents took part in marches yesterday and today in the Madlaji roundabout area in the center of Deir Ezzor city, in support of the Syrian government, the Syrian army, and the security forces.
A correspondent for DeirEzzor 24 network said that dozens of women, youth, and men from Deir Ezzor took part in a march yesterday evening, Thursday, in support of the army and security forces in their operations against the remnants of the Assad regime in the coast.
Our correspondent added that another march took place after Friday prayers, this afternoon, in the Madlaji roundabout in Deir Ezzor city, in which the participants stressed the unity of Syrian territory, support for the new Syrian government, and support for the public security forces, the Syrian army, and the Ministry of Defense.
Units of the Syrian army and public security have been engaged in violent clashes with the remnants of the Assad regime in several areas of the coast, since yesterday afternoon until now.
