The markets of Deir Ezzor city have recently witnessed a wide spread of Turkish goods at lower prices than other similar goods, according to a reporter of DeirEzzor24 network.

Our reporter said that these goods are from northern Syria via merchants and cargo vehicles to Deir Ezzor governorate on an almost daily basis, which has helped the people significantly and noticeably.

Turkish food and basic materials are sold on stalls in Deir Ezzor city and in shops, which has helped them spread significantly and noticeably, and their decrease rate compared to other materials ranges between 20 and 25 percent.

In addition to food materials, frozen meat has spread in the markets of Deir Ezzor city, which comes from Turkey to northern Syria and then via refrigerators to Deir Ezzor city.

Frozen chicken meat is 30 percent cheaper than other meat, and has been widely accepted in Deir Ezzor due to its low price.

The majority of the residents of Deir Ezzor city suffer from deteriorating living conditions, as a result of the delay in disbursing salaries and financial dues to employees on the one hand, and the high prices in the markets on the other hand
