Assad forces’ bombings destroyed the significant percent of these shelters, as they turned the rest of these shelters into military headquarters or warehouses.
Over the recent weeks, an Assad forces’ group seized the Mute’ and Deaf’ Institute. The Assad forces expelled people with special needs, administrators, and trainers under the pretext of turning the institute into a quarantine center for Assad’ members.
