People with special needs suffer due to losing their shelters that war destroyed in Deir Ezzor.

Assad forces’ bombings destroyed the significant percent of these shelters, as they turned the rest of these shelters into military headquarters or warehouses.

Over the recent weeks, an Assad forces’ group seized the Mute’ and Deaf’ Institute. The Assad forces expelled people with special needs, administrators, and trainers under the pretext of turning the institute into a quarantine center for Assad’ members.

The Assad forces transported 100 children with special needs from the institute to a small room in the Sports Institute in Deir Ezzor.

People with special needs suffer a lot due to poor conditions in the Assad forces-controlled areas. The Assad regime neglects the people despite their urgent need for care.
