DeirEzzor24 exclusive rerport:
The Assad regime began to partially stop the Qatirji militia from trading and supplying oil in Deir Ezzor, until the completion of the Hamsho militia system and its taking over.
A DeirEzzor24 network reporter reported that the Assad regime began to stop the hand of the Qatirji militia in stages, starting with the transfer of the “Hammoud Al-Bashir” group in its headquarters in Al-Taym field and the 137th Brigade, to the security of the Fourth Division belonging to his uncle Sheikh “Nawaf Al-Bashir”, which is composed of approximately 370 members. It is considered an indication of the possibility of the Fourth Division led by “Maher al-Assad” taking control of the oil and grain trade with SDF.
“Hammoud Al-Bashir” was working with his uncle “Fawaz Al-Bashir” under the management of the so-called “Madlool Al-Aziz” and the leader in the General Intelligence “Daoud Al-Toukan” in running the operations of the Qatirji militia in Deir Ezzor.
It should be pointed out that Sheikh “Nawaf al-Bashir” joined with his son Laith the security of the Fourth Division, in addition to his job to lead the Tribal Brigade of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, and he has recently begun to recruit hundreds to it according to the latest settlement.edited
