DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

DeirEzzor 24 network learned, from private sources, that there are financial disputes within the Al-Qaterji militia, between local leaders and Major “Bassam Al-Arsan,” the commander of the special missions responsible for guarding the oil fields in Deir Ezzor.

According to the sources, the reason for these disputes is the delay in the payment of salaries, financial dues, and food baskets to the elements, due to the recent problems that swept the militia ranks.

It is noteworthy that “Al-Arsan” is known for its association with Al-Qatirji’s arms in the region, and is responsible for the hashish and drug trade between the governorates. He uses Hussam Al-Qatirji’s oil tanker cars, and he served as president of Al-Fatwa Sports Club two years ago.
