DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Deir Ezzor 24 network monitored that members of the Political Security Detachment, who are in the Bulman transport station in Deir Ezzor, checked the phones of travelers, by connecting them to the laptop, and revealing the IMIE code, to verify the customs of the phones, whether they were regular or by breaking the code, which is called by the public “Arourieh”, where telephone specialists in SDF-controlled areas crack the code for a small amount.
The members of the detachment confiscate the violating phones, and charge 100,000 SYP from their holders, in order to avoid organizing the seizures against them and referring them to the judiciary. The prison term for carrying the violating phone is up to 5 years, according to the law of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in Syria.edited
