Haj Rasoul, the official of the Iranian Cultural Center in Deir Ezzor, and the former head of the armament of the Iranian Nasr Center, visited the Russian Reconciliation Center in the town of Hatla in Deir Ezzor province.
The visit was accompanied by a military commander from the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia, believed to be Hajj Amir, and included a meeting with the Russian general, and the brigade commanders in the Fifth Corps of the Russian First Division, in the villages east of the Euphrates, in what is considered the first rapprochement of its kind between the two parties.
