DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

Local sources from Deir Ezzor province confirmed that the process of distributing grants provided by the Red Crescent and the International Red Cross is subject to favoritism and mediation.

The grant aims to support livestock, by providing two sheep, 250 kilograms of fodder and 100 kilograms of barley, to the people of villages in western Deir Ezzor.

According to the sources, the people complained about the control of those around the Sheikh of the Al-Busraya clan, “Muhanna Al-Fayyad”, over the distribution operations, and the deprivation of the majority of eligible residents from obtaining them.
