The Joint Presidency of the Executive Council in northeastern Syria has issued a decision to extend the curfew imposed to prevent the spread of Corona pandemic, starting from Tuesday 12-5-2020 to the end of Eid al-Fitr holiday.
The decision defined the curfew hours, which, according to the decision, starts from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
The decision allows all shops to open and workers to work within the permitted hours.
The decision also facilitates the movement of farmers to and from their lands during the curfew, but the workers must not exceed 10 in each vehicle while traveling.
The decision allows the vehicles transporting foodstuffs, infant formula, detergents and oil products to move freely in all areas of the autonomous administration during the curfew.
The decision stressed that all those who are exempted from the curfew must take all the preventive measures while working.
The decision also allowes people to practice their religious rites in mosques and places of worship in the last week of Ramadan, but they have to take the necessary preventive measures.
The decision also demonstrates that all the crossings to the autonomous administration areas will remain closed until further notice, and that the work in the autonomous administration departments and institutions will remain suspended until a decision is issued to resume the work.
For the fourth time in a row, the Autonomous Administration has extended the curfew as part of the measures taken to prevent the spread of Corona pandemic in its regions.
