The crews of the Technical Services Directorate in Raqqa began removing military scenes and waste on the Raqqa – Deir Ezzor highway, starting from the village of Al-Rahbi, affiliated with the city of Al-Sabkha. This is part of efforts to remove the effects of the war and improve the service situation in the area.
The works included the complete removal of earthen barriers, dashes, and concrete blocks, in addition to the removal of landfills and waste residues accumulated in the Al-Rahbi landfill located on the public road, which contributes to improving the environmental and service conditions and enhancing public safety.
These measures aim to ensure smooth traffic flow on the vital road, reduce obstacles that hinder movement, in addition to improving the general landscape of the areas along the road.
The Technical Services Directorate confirmed that work will continue in the coming days along the Raqqa – Deir Ezzor road, as part of its plan to rehabilitate roads and public facilities and raise the level of services provided to citizens.
