The DeirEzzor24 network monitored five thefts in the city of Deir Ezzor, the town of Al-Husseiniyah, Al-Mariyah, and Al-Mayadin within two days, and the perpetrators belonged to regime-affiliated militias.
The first theft was carried out inside the Jamil Alwan School in the Al-Thawra neighborhood in Deir Ezzor. Doors and windows were stolen by a perpetrator who was a member of the Liwa al-Quds militia. He was recently arrested, noting that he had used children to rob schools.
Other thefts occurred in the town of Al-Husseiniyah, northwest of the city of Deir Ezzor. They included stealing electricity towers and cutting their metal rods to use as bases for power panels, in addition to stealing stainless steel tanks from a paper factory and selling them to the owner of a cheese factory within the governorate at exorbitant prices, in addition to stealing a high-tension electrical cable 1 km long in the town of Al-Mariyah, which feeds the Directorate of Development and Badia Protection.
The perpetrators were four persons who belonged to the Revolutionary Guard militia, and they were arrested by the police of the city of Mohassan.
In addition to the robbery of a store in the city of Al-MayadIn by dislocation and breakage by two people who turned out to be working in the drug trade and supported by the National Defense Militia.
