Hajj Rasoul, director of the Iranian cultural centers in Deir Ezzor, gave instructions to distribute aid in the towns of Hatla and Al-Salihiyah, east of Deir Ezzor, according to a DeirEzzor24 network reporter.
According to the reporter, the Red Crescent distributed aid in the two towns, but most of the aid reached the families of Iranian militia members in the region, and some poor families.
This aid was distributed in the name of Iranian militias and aimed to get closer to the people and win their affection, and included food aid and heating supplies.
