DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

The city of Al-Mayadin, east of Deir Ezzor, is witnessing an alert by Iranian-backed militias, a large spread of their patrols, and scrutiny of the documents of passing residents, according to what was monitored by the DeirEzzor24 network.

One of our reporters said that this militia alert came in conjunction with the presence of Hajj Hussein al-Irani, one of the leaders of the Iranian-backed militias in Deir Ezzor, who conducted an inspection tour of the militia sites in the city.

It is noteworthy that Hajj Hussein al-Irani held meetings with sector leaders at the headquarters of the Public Security Office in the Al-Tammo neighborhood in the city of Al-Mayadin.
