ISIS has intensified its arbitrary arrests campaing in Deir Ezzor province recently ,it launched a campaign of raids and arrests on areas like al Sabha,al Dahla and al Bikara,several passers-by were arrested in addition to a number of workers in the filtering stations.
At the same time it carried out arrests campaign in the area of al Salhiya in order to force the detainnees to attend its ”Sharia courses”,moreover the city of Mu Hassan witnessed the same actions.
ISIS also began raid campaign on Internet cafes in the town of al Shaheel in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and arrested dozens of young men without bieng charged.On the other hand ,ISIS arrested a number of Al BuKamal youth under the pretext of violating Islamic dress code and unshaved beards,three women were also arrested in the village of al Subaykhan in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
The arrest campaings carried out by ISIS can be split into three parts :
1.Randomly targeted passers-by.
2.Arrested a number of people based on arrest reports.
3.People were arrested after bieng charged arbitrarily as it’s the case in al Bukamal city.
