This noon, unknown gunmen opened fire at a van , killing a man and a woman in the town of Ash-Shahil, eastern Deir Ezzor.
The victims are Wateen Muhamad Ali and Muhammad Rasheed al-Muheimed who are employees of the al-Bir and al-Ihsan Humanitarian Organization operating in northeastern Syria.
The gunmen are still unknown; however, Daesh cells in the area are highly accused, especially as they are active in the area.
