Well informed sources told Deir Ezzor 24 that the Autonomous Administration in Northeastern Syria agreed on 48 families from Deir Ezzor leaving the al-Hol camp, southern al-Hasakah.
The sources emphasized that upon intensive follow-up by the Deir Ezzor Civil Council and in coordination with the administration of the camp, the council submitted a request to the Autonomous Administration to allow 48 families to leave the camp. The families are from al-Bukamal, al-Sussah, and Al-Baghuz. Most of the families members are elderlies, those having no brothers, and patients, including mental patients.
The sources noted that the Autonomous Administration approved the request as the families leave the camp on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.
Over the recent months, many families from Deir Ezzor left the camp upon efforts by people from Deir Ezzor.
