Two members of the National Defense Militia (NDF) were killed and others injured by mine explosions when a group of the militia members were combing the al-Akirshi area in the western badiyah of Deir Ezzor, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent said that a number of the members sustained wounds of varying degrees of severity. Some of them were known as: (Mohammed al-Kaiyed, Omar Al-Damouk). They were taken to the military hospital in Deir Ezzor.
The NDF has been combing the western badiyah on a regular basis although many of its members have lost their lives and others injured in these campaigns.
