Exclusive:

Russian forces opened a new recruitment center in the town of Marrat in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, east of the Euhprates river.

The aim of opening the center is to receive recruits from Deir Ezzor areas, east of the Euphrates river to recruit them in militias affiliated with Rusian forces and send them to Libya.

Russian forces opened a similar center in the town of al-Hussayniyah and recruited 300 young men from Deir Ezzor. Russia send the recruits to Libya to fight with Haftar’s militia.
