Today, Thursday, Daesh launched a violent attack on the Assad’s forces’ positions in the vicinity of Hribeshe area, southwest of Deir Ezzor city.

Violent explosions rocked the area as a result of the crossfire and shelling between the two sides.

On the other hand, the Assad regime’s warplanes overflew the area, in order to prevent Daesh from advancing and to push it back.

Daesh’s attack comes just days after similar attacks on the positions of the Assad’s forces and the Iranian militias in the badiyah of Deir Ezzor.

In its recent military operations, Daesh has been using hit and run tactics against the Assad’s forces and the militias supporting them.

It is indicated that Daesh uses the badiyah as a springboard for launching military operations in Deir Ezzor province in eastern Syria.
