Assad’s forces in Al-Salhiyah and Hatlah towns have prevented the bodies of their members and the Shiite militias from being transported to their families in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, that is under the control of the Syrian democratic forces, sources told Deir Ezzor 24 network.
The sources noted that dozens of bodies of Assad’s forces and the Shiite militias members, from Deir Ezzor, arrived in the province in the last three days, after being killed in the fighting taking place in northern Syria against the factions of the Free Syrian Army.
The same sources added that the checkpoints of Assad forces prevented a body from being transported to his family in Al-Hissan town in the western Deir Ezzor countryside, which forced those carrying the body to smuggle it towards the areas of the SDF. This morning two bodies arrived in Hatlah, and were also prevented from being transported to the areas of the SDF.
It is noteworthy that over the past two weeks, Assad’s forces and the Iranian militias in Deir Ezzor have sent batches of fighters to the fronts in Aleppo and Idlib.
