The correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network said that this increase was accompanied by the loss of most of the materials from the markets as a result of wholesalers monopolizing them, amid a state of discontent and chaos, as the price of a kilogram of sugar reached 15,000 SP, a kilogram of tea 130,000 SYP, a kilo of tomatoes 4000 SYP, and potatoes For 3500 Syrian pounds.
This significant increase came immediately after an increase approved by the Assad regime in employee salaries amounting to 100%.
