The Fourth Division prevented civilians from entering Deir Ezzor from other provinces, and stopped them at its checkpoints south of the city, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that the division prevented them from entering Deir Ezzor after accusing them of trying to escape to the SDF areas or smuggling foodstuffs to other provinces.
He added that Liwa al-Quds militia took advantage of the situation and issued forged cards to smuggle civilians in exchange for sums of money.
