A source told Deir Ezzor 24 network that a delegation of Al-Quds force militia, headed by commander “Reda”, visited several areas of al-Bukamal countryside east of Deir Ezzor in the past few days with the aim of inviting young people to join the militia.
The source pointed out that the delegation targeted (Al-Salhiyah, Al-Jalaa, Hasrat, al-Abbas, al-Ghabrah and other areas). The delegation offered financial inducements to attract young people to join the militia, telling them that they will attend a military training course in Libya for three months with monthly salaries of $1,000 per fighter. After finishing the course, they will return to Syria, and each one of them will receive a permanent salary of $50 every month.
The source confirmed that until now, the delegation has been able to recruit 150 young people from the said areas.
The visit of Al-Quds force militia to Al-Bukamal came in coordination with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC), after a long dispute between them in Deir Ezzor.
