Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent said that a US column consisting of a large number of Hummers and three modern U.S. tanks, arrived today at the U.S. base in Conoco gas field east of Deir Ezzor.
The correspondent added that this is the first time that U.S. sophisticated tanks arrive in Deir Ezzor.
In turn, sources for Deir Ezzor 24 network confirmed that yesterday, military cargo planes of the international Coalition unloaded military and logistical equipment at Al-Omar oil field base in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
It is indicated that Al-Omar and Conoco bases in Deir Ezzor countryside are some of the largest bases for the United States in the eastern region and are essential staging points for the operations carried out by the international coalition in the region.
