A delegation from the General Secretariat and a number of deputies and assistant ministers visited Raqqa Governorate, with the aim of learning about the real  conditions of the governorate and its needs, following its liberation.

The delegation included the Advisor to the President of the Republic for Media Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Muwaffaq Zidan, and the Assistant Head of the General Secretariat for Cabinet Affairs, Ali Keda, headed by the Governor of Raqqa, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-Salama.

The delegation held a working session dedicated to discussing ways to activate state institutions in the city of Raqqa and accelerate the pace of providing basic services to the people.

The visit also included reviewing the conditions of the bridges that were destroyed by the SDF before leaving the city, where the mechanism for maintaining the old and new bridges was discussed, and putting them into service within a short period of time, which would contribute to serving the residents of the city and its countryside and facilitating commercial movement.
