The checkpoints of the Fourth Division of the Assad forces, with full powers, are still practicing looting, armament, and extortion in Deir Ezzor and outside it, despite the decision to remove all military checkpoints issued by the Assad regime.
Our correspondent said that the decision was issued yesterday and entered into immediate implementation, awaiting its implementation on reality, which will change the economic situation with the prices of materials after removing the barriers of the Fourth Division from Deir Ezzor.
It is noteworthy that the Fourth Division placed its checkpoints on the people of Deir Ezzor on those entering and leaving it, and it was a source of expensive materials due to the royalties it imposed on them.
