DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
A large number of Deir Ezzor residents in areas controlled by the Assad regime refused to have their children receive the cholera vaccine provided by the Ministry of Health, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
He said that the parents’ refusal came because they did not trust the efficacy of the vaccine, and there were reports of vomiting and diarrhea for some of the vaccinated students.
It is worth mentioning that the vaccine consists of several oral drops given to children over the age of one year, and school students were targeted in the first phase.
