DeirEzzor24 network correspondent said that many families from the city of Al-Bukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, are forced to collect plastic for use in order to use it for heating.

He added that the people’s tendency to collect plastic comes after the loss of firewood and diesel from the city and the Fourth Division’s emphasis on smuggling operations.
