More than 5 members of the “Village Guard” militia affiliated with the Al-Qaterji militia in Deir Ezzor were injured as a result of clashes with hands and knives yesterday, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
He said that the fight broke out between the soldiers during the delivery of salaries, in the presence of the regiment’s finances, as a result of disagreements over the role.
The Village Guard is a militia established by al-Qaterji’s militia in the countryside of Deir Ezzor. Its mission is to promote and support Qaterji if necessary.
