Workers put the final touches on the dirt bridge in Deir Ezzor

An extensive military and security presence of the heads of the security branches and leaders of the 137th Brigade and the 17th Division, in addition to a number of commanders of the IRGC militia in Deir Ezzor, at the new dirt bridge, to see the progress of its construction, in connection with stopping the work of the Iranian river barge, which constitutes congestion on both banks of the river.

The construction of the bridge halted more than once, due to the physical changes that were not well studied by the implementers, and predictions from the engineer supervising the project that it would fail and describe it as primitive, and severe consequences may befall the Euphrates River as a result of its implementation in this way.

Yesterday, workers brought huge basalt rocks and placed them in the remaining link, to form a barrier in front of the pipes, reduce the abundance of water and push it to the outlet.

The Fourth Division of the Iranian Jihad al-Binaa movement is supervising the work of the bridge, which is scheduled to link between al-Huwayqa and al-Husayniyah in Deir Ezzor.
