A reporter of the DeirEzzor24 Network said that elements of the Baloum checkpoint affiliated with the 4th Division in the city of Al-Mayadeen deliberately obstructed the passage of commercial trucks for several hours.
Our reporter even added that the checkpoint obstructs the passage of trucks to blackmail them and impose fees.
He confirmed that car owners are forced to pay fees to the checkpoint elements, in order not to delay their passage, despite what they are exposed to during inspections of the theft of their goods by the checkpoint elements.
