The neighborhoods of Deir Ezzor City witnessed the return of the phenomenon of stealing electrical cables and landline communication cables, a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 Network .
Our reporter said that elements of the National Defense Militia and the Al-Quds Brigade militia, supported by Russia, stole the cables.
It is noteworthy that workshops affiliated with the two militias as mentioned above demolished the roofs of houses in Al-Ardi neighborhood, and stole iron from them, after looting the remaining furniture or anything that could be sold.
